What? How else would I have paid – Ryanair don’t have shops or an ability for me to pay in cash. Look, this is my third attempt at chatting to you and I have an email from your to my Ryanair email address and in that email I have a voucher number. Just give me the flight number and I can fill in your form!

You have to pass security check before we can give out any details about your booking, as you do not have the reservation number the only way to pass security check is that you have to confirm the exact payment type that you used in the original booking.

That is the most stupid security check I’ve ever been through. Just list it till I got it right… You guys really go out of your way to assist clients huh? You’ll NEVER get another penny from me – pass that on to customer services feedback or something and burn it with the millions of similar comments.
